Hereweka – Harbour Cone Management Plan

The management plan was approved by the City Council in 2012 and forms the basis for the management of the Hereweka property. It is an aspirational and governance document that includes options for the implementation of the objectives created for the property. It also provides a background of the sites values, historical and cultural context and importance to the Peninsula landscape. The plan provides a guideline to how those values should be managed by the Trust. The management plan is reviewed through a public consultation process every 10 years.
