Privacy Policy

Who we are: Hereweka Harbour Cone Trust.
What we collect and why: donation amount and frequency (payment details handled by Stripe); name and email if you join the newsletter; whatever you include when you email us; basic server logs (such as IP address and browser) kept by the host to run and protect the site.
What we do not do: sell personal information, or use advertising or analytics cookies.
Overseas services: Stripe, Vercel, and the map provider process some information outside New Zealand.
How long we keep it: donation and accounting records for as long as New Zealand law requires; other information only as long as we need it for the reason we collected it.
Your choices: ask for access or correction, unsubscribe from news, cancel a monthly donation through the Stripe portal, and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
