Hereweka – Harbour Cone Management Plan
The management plan was approved by the City Council in 2012 and forms the basis for the management of the Hereweka property. It is an aspirational and governance document that includes options for the implementation of the objectives created for the property. It also provides a background of the sites values, historical and cultural context and importance to the Peninsula landscape. The plan provides a guideline to how those values should be managed by the Trust. Memorandum of Understanding

Trust Incorporation
A trust is an organisation established for charitable purposes and must act exclusively for a charitable purpose. Hereweka – Harbour Cone Health & Safety Plan
The trust has a duty of care to its contractors, volunteers and its visitors to ensure they are safe and protected while on the property. The Health & Safety Plan is designed to inform and guide people in the operations of the Trust.(Click on the icon to read the Health & Safety Plan)
